Adam C. Mielke, PA-C

Adam is originally from Sheboygan Falls, WI and joined Appleton Cardiac & Thoracic Surgery in 2006.  He attended The University of Wisconsin, Madison for his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and received his Physician Assistant training at The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He did his surgical rotation with The UW Department of Surgery, Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Adam is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the State of Wisconsin.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants.
